Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped to you within 4-6 weeks

Please note, that once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming & locating packages. 

Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.

We ship orders through third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. To ensure your package arrives at the advertised time, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are critical for timely deliveries. Detox Brand LLC and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ and is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please contact the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance. 
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DELIVERED DUTIES UNPAID (DDU). THIS MEANS THAT YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR LOCAL COUNTRY'S IMPORT DUTIES AT TIME OF DELIVERY. PLACING AN ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION SERVES AS CONFIRMATION THAT YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THESE FEES. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CALCULATE THESE FEES AT TIME OF PURCHASE. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED DUE TO SHOPIFY POLICY.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to us, you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
