Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unless your tracking proves you have not received your item, we cannot provide a refund. 

**CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES**

If you place an order and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
